Position:            Treasury Officer

Main functions and responsibilities: The Treasury Officer is responsible for the identification, classification and recording of basic financial and accounting documentation, reconciliations with suppliers/costumers, financial reports.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of daily reports on the state and movement of funds in banks/cash registrers;
  • Planning and securing funds for payments according to the approved payment plan;
  • Periodic reconciliation of the state of bank accounts with those in accounting;
  • Checking the accuracy of actions with banks in finance;
  • Preparation of supporting payment doucumentation according to company procedures, finalization of bank payments;
  • Maintenance of the list of supliers/subcontractors with relevant data;
  • Preparation of periodic reports on staff and supplier advances, rights and obligations of the company;
  • Maintenance of the list of loans, amortization plans and disposal of the relevant registration actions in finance;
  • Coordination of relations with banks for the smooth running and good administration of the company’s bank accounts;
  • Preparation of the credit report and follow-up of the relationship with the banks;
  • Preparation of the company’s Cash Flow on a monthly basis;
  • Following the clearing report for company and the companies we interact with;
  • Other task assigned by the supervisor.

 

Education: To have a University degree in Finance or/and Accounting

 

Other qualifications:

  • To have at least 3 years of experience in similar position;
  • Good knowledge of computer programs (Office packages, Navision, etc.);
  • It is preferable to have knowledge of accounting programs;
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Very good analytical skills, accuracy in performing tasks;
  • Initiative and able to work independently;
  • To be flexible;
  • Knowledge of the English language is preferred;
