Position:       Treasury Specialist

Job Summary: The Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with banks, ensuring the execution and documentation of payments in accordance with internal procedures. This role also supports the monitoring of bank loans and the implementation of loan agreements. Additionally, the Treasury Specialist follows up and monitors clearing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily reports on the status and movement of funds in bank accounts/cash register;
• Planning and securing funds for payments, in accordance with the approved payment plan;
• Periodic reconciliation of bank account balances with accounting records;
• Verifying the accuracy of financial transactions recorded with banks;
• Preparing supporting documentation for payments, in accordance with company procedures, and finalizing payments through the bank;
• Assisting in obtaining new loans, including analysis and documentation;
• Following up on project progress reports related to the obtained loans;
• Preparing periodic reports on Loans & Collateral, and accounting for long-term and short-term loans;
• Coordinating relationships with banks for effective administration of the company’s bank accounts;
• Coordinating with group companies for efficient funds management;
• Preparing the company’s monthly Cash Flow statement;
• Monitoring clearing reports for the company and its partner companies;
• Tracking and registering all contracts with third parties.;

Education: University Degree in Finance/ Accounting;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Office Suite, Financa 5, etc.).
• Knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy in task execution.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of precision in work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• English language proficiency is preferred.
