Balkan Finance Investment Group (Balfin) bought the shares of ACR Holding srl in Italy, shares that were in ownership of the Austrians of DCM Decometal. This operation will assure the normal operations of AlbChrome and infrastructure investments to the mines and the plants of the company. Balfin Group will cover the debt of AlbChrome toward other business partners and the employees and aims to transform AlbChome in a successful story.

Very soon Balfin Group will present the investment plans that will exceed the contractual required investments. One of the first investments will be the opening of the drive system in Klos plant, an investment that has been waiting for more than 20 years. Other projects that will start immediately are the opening of the well number 9 that will increase the chrome extraction.
