La Vista at Green Coast now open to residents, visitors & tourists

La Vista, the newest commercial & leisure facility in Green Coast, one of BALFIN Group’s prominent tourism projects, has made its official debut. This celebration of Albania’s first and only lifestyle center attracted numerous visitors, business partners, media representatives, and influencers.

La Vista stands out with its architectural splendor, inspired by the timeless elegance of Mediterranean Roman settlements. The experience and expertise of one of the most prestigious international architecture studios, EEA-Emre Arolat Architecture based in Istanbul, are expressed in every detail of this project. The design fosters harmonious human interaction, featuring open spaces that encourage community gatherings and shared experiences.

This first lifestyle center combines retail, dining, and entertainment in an open-air environment, featuring pedestrian-friendly layouts, landscaped areas, and outdoor seating for a more relaxed and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

Located on the Green Coast Promenade, La Vista currently houses Lollipop Night Club, the largest in southern Albania; Salt, the upscale dining spot; Ceren, renowned for its exceptional local cuisine; popular coffee chain Mon Cheri; high-end retail units like Aquamarine Firenze and Koa; an organic shop and eco-friendly laundromat. For those who want to stay in shape, La Vista brings a dedicated facility for sports such as padel, tennis, basketball, and a complete gym. With 350 parking spaces, the facility is more than accessible and convenient for visitors and shoppers.

“This lifestyle center was missing in the south of Albania,” said Samir Mane, the President of BALFIN Group, during his speech. Talking about other developments at Green Coast, such as 7 five-star hotels, he underscored the potential of Green Coast undoubtedly becoming one of the most important tourism centers of the Mediterranean.

Meanwhile, Satbere Hoxha, the CEO of Balfin Asset Management & Hospitality, emphasized the importance of partnerships with well-known brands that are part of La Vista. “At La Vista you can find a variety of services, such as culinary and entertainment, sports with a unique view, as only Green Coast can offer.”

La Vista, a €16 million investment by BALFIN Group, managed by Balfin Asset Management & Hospitality, signifies an added asset for Green Coast and the tourist experience in the region.
