Redi, take us behind the scenes of your journey at BALFIN Group. What’s the story of how you came on board and what’s kept you excited to stay?
My journey with Balfin Group began nearly nine years ago, initially as an architect at Balfin Construction (formerly known as ManeTCI). From there, I naturally progressed into project coordination and later in project management. Today, I’m proud to serve as Deputy CEO, a role that reflects not only my personal growth but also the incredible opportunities this group offers. It has been an exciting path, filled with forward-thinking projects that often felt ahead of their time, true to the spirit of BALFIN Group, which has consistently led the way in innovation and development across all the sectors it operates in.
Personally, this journey has been much more than a career, it has been a real school of excellence. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry, learning and evolving with every project, challenge, and milestone along the way.
Was there a moment, big or small, when you looked around and thought, “I absolutely made the right choice joining BALFIN Group”? What was that defining moment like for you?
The construction industry is intense, and it demands precision, speed, and the ability to adapt constantly.
One of our projects, in particular, stands out as a defining moment in my journey. We were working for some months under intense pressure and racing against extremely tight deadlines, but thanks to flawless coordination and the great commitment of our team, we managed to turn what seemed impossible into an outstanding success. We delivered the project on time, within budget, and at the level of quality we pride ourselves on.
That was the moment I realized the power of being part of a group like BALFIN. Only within a company that pushes boundaries and sets new standards every single day could such a result have been possible. That was when I truly knew I had made the right choice
What’s your proudest achievement here at BALFIN Group? The one moment or accomplishment that you can’t help but brag about.
Without a doubt, my proudest achievement at BALFIN Group has been the continuous professional growth I’ve experienced over the years, culminating in my current role.
Stepping into a leadership role at this level is both an honor and a responsibility that reflects not only personal commitment and hard work, but also the trust and support of the organization, a recognition that I truly value. Being part of the decision-making process at a strategic level, guiding complex projects, and mentoring future leaders of the Group is something I’m genuinely proud of, and yes, I can’t help but feel proud every time I look back at how far this journey has come.
Tell us about a recent win, something that not only boosted your career but left a personal mark on you. What made it so meaningful to you?
While I can’t point to one single recent event as the defining win, I truly believe that real success is built on the accumulation of small victories, those day-to-day battles that eventually win the bigger war. In our industry, these come in the form of overcoming constant challenges, reaching key project milestones, or successfully delivering complex developments under pressure.
But beyond the technical or strategic achievements, what has left the deepest personal mark on me is the journey of building and leading successful teams. Seeing people grow, collaborate, and thrive together gives me a profound sense of satisfaction. And for me, that’s one of the most meaningful accomplishments I carry with me.

I’ve had several unforgettable moments throughout my journey here where I was genuinely thanked and recognized for my work, especially during key milestones in my career. That kind of recognition, especially when it comes at pivotal moments, creates a strong emotional connection to the company. This is a BALFIN culture that inspires people to give their best because their efforts are truly appreciated.
If you had to share one message with everyone reading this about your time at BALFIN Group, what would it be? Something you wish people knew about your journey or the company.
“You don’t just build projects here, you build yourself.” This quote sums up everything this journey has meant to me. Over the years, I’ve worked on some of the most ambitious developments of the group, but the real transformation has been personal. BALFIN Group has challenged me, believed in me, and given me space to evolve from an architect into a leader. It’s a place where growth is constant, not just in square meters, but in mindset, confidence, and capability. That’s the part I wish more people knew, it’s not just a workplace, it’s a launchpad for becoming who you truly meant to be.
