Neptun Macedonia has once again won the “White Goods and Electronics E-Store of the Year” at the E-commerce Awards 2023. The company also earned the third place in the category of “E-Retailers with the Best Customer Care”.

E-Commerce Awards is an annual initiative of the Macedonian E-commerce Association that aims to recognize and promote the best actors of the industry, as well as strengthen competitiveness. The selection for the E-commerce Awards 2023 was organized for the third time in the country, where the prominent e-traders competed in 24 categories. The winners per each category were selected by over 6,120 voters and 12 members of an expert jury.

The BALFIN Group company was the outstanding choice among 16 e-retailers of white goods and electronics, while it also triumphed in the same category last year. In addition, Neptun ranked third among 90 e-retailers, both local and international brands, in terms of providing superior customer care.
