Rina, take us behind the scenes of your journey at BALFIN Group. What’s the story of how you came on board and what’s kept you excited to stay?
I was recruited through a third-party agency, where I first connected with BALFIN’s values. It deeply resonated with me, as I seek to contribute to places that align with my principles! I am proud of the company’s true commitment to growth, development, and continuous progress, an inspiring journey I’m grateful to be part of.
Was there a moment, big or small, when you looked around and thought, “I absolutely made the right choice joining BALFIN Group”? What was that defining moment like for you?
Yes, it was when I realized that leadership here genuinely supports and trusts its people. I never felt alone in project development, and that sense of teamwork and shared success reassured me that I was exactly where I was meant to be. I hope to carry forward the legacy I’ve been fortunate to experience.
Describe the best day you’ve had at work.
One of the most memorable days at work as an HR professional was when I saw colleagues I had encouraged and supported reach their full potential and earn well-deserved promotions. Watching them succeed, knowing our shared efforts helped make their dreams a reality, made me feel like the mission was complete. I remember thinking to myself, “Mission accomplished!”
Tell us about a recent win, something that not only boosted your career but left a personal mark on you. What made it so meaningful to you?
A recent success that stands out is being part of the ongoing Talent Pool program – 2025, which continues to challenge me to step outside my comfort zone. It strengthens my skills, expands my perspective, and builds my confidence in taking on bigger responsibilities. The personal growth I’m experiencing through this journey is just as valuable as the professional milestones ahead.

I’m most proud of the trust and support I’ve earned from my leaders and colleagues. Having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while feeling valued and empowered has been incredibly rewarding. More than any single achievement, I take pride in the impact we create together as a team.
