My professional journey at BALFIN Group is closely tied to my own growth and development. We have both evolved in parallel, and I am proud of that. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges and overcome them. Retail is a field that has changed significantly, particularly with technological advancements and shifts in consumer behavior. This has made my journey both challenging and exciting.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work for BALFIN Group/your company?
I’ve been working at Neptun and BALFIN Group for 18 years. I don’t recall a specific moment, as many years have passed, but I can confidently say that if I were to choose a company today, BALFIN Group would be my first choice without a doubt!
What are you most proud of in your career at BALFIN Group/your company?
Every promotion and achievement fill me with pride. My journey at Neptun started as a Client Advisor, and climbing the career ladder has been unforgettable. Achieving objectives has always been a moment when I feel proud of my work and commitment.
Describe a recent professional achievement that you believe also contributes to your personal success.
At Neptun, we have many operational processes that, although they may seem small, are crucial to the success of our work. One of the key aspects that sets Neptun apart is our teamwork. As a result, no achievement is ever truly personal; the support from colleagues in various departments plays a significant role in reaching success.
What’s something that happened that can only happen at BALFIN Group/your company?
The values upheld by both BALFIN Group and Neptun are numerous. One that stands out is meritocracy, which is a core principle and a strong pillar within the organization.
Describe the best day you’ve had at work:
Working in retail is exhilarating, as the pressure to achieve objectives is high, which gives you a sense of adrenaline. The last days of the month are particularly exciting, and of course, when we manage to meet our targets, those become the most rewarding and thrilling days of the month.

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to develop professionally. All the challenges, struggles, and failures I’ve experienced have been integral to my success. I’ve come to realize that working in retail is not easy, but I am someone who thrives on challenges and excitement.
