Describe your professional journey at BALFIN Group.
I started in 2016 as a salesman at a young age, and after a year and a half, I was promoted to junior product manager. Looking back over the past 8 years, though a significant period of time, it’s been an incredible journey, and I find myself even more energized and enthusiastic about what’s yet to come. I consider myself fortunate and am truly grateful for the privilege of being mentored by a remarkable person and leader, Mr. Feridjan Çiftja, who always encouraged me to reach my full potential.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work at BALFIN Group?
As I was very young at the time, it only took about six months for me to realize how much responsibility was entrusted to me. That was when I understood that this company truly values developing its people and has a bright future.
What are you most proud of in your career at BALFIN Group?
I’m most proud to have been part of the company’s huge success over the years and to be a member of such a great team.
Describe a recent professional achievement that you believe also contributes to your personal success.
This year, I was selected to be part of the renowned Talent Pool training program, which has been the best training I’ve had so far. It helped me develop a clearer vision of leadership and better understand how we can improve ourselves to achieve the goals of our group and company.
What’s something that happened that can only happen at BALFIN Group?
The diversity of industries and the many opportunities we have to grow and succeed are unique to BALFIN Group.
Describe the best day you’ve had at work.
To be honest, it’s hard to choose just one, but I’d say that the days when we achieve our targets are the best days.
