We are seeking to welcome a qualified and dynamic Sales Representative in Sales Departament reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Overall Job Definition
The Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting product sales in the categories of consumer electronics, mobile phones, and home appliances. This role includes monitoring the market and competition, ensuring promotional pricing is correctly implemented in partner stores, and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance through data-driven insights. The position does not include setting prices for partners, but requires tracking and reporting on how pricing strategies are executed in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and drive sales growth through direct communication with partners and store visits.
- Monitor promotional pricing execution in partner stores and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct price comparisons and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential actions for sales improvement.
- Check in-store product placement and promotional material implementation.
- Prepare basic PSI reports (Production – Sales – Inventory) and communicate relevant insights to the internal team.
- Suggest promotional opportunities and activities that could help increase sell-out volumes.
- Regularly communicate with the internal team and retail partners to ensure alignment and follow-up on market activities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to analyze, test, and launch new initiatives to increase product penetration.
Competencies / Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within electronics, mobile phones, or home appliances (preferred).
- Educational background in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proven organizational and task management capabilities.
