We are seeking to welcome a qualified Software Developer Band 4T to join our IT Development Department reporting to the Team Leader.

Overall Job Definition

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code. The role also involves troubleshooting and modifying software to resolve issues and enhance performance. This position requires continuous learning, effective collaboration within a close-knit team, and the ability to promptly address requests from the team leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and modify existing software systems to better align with client requirements.
• Design, develop, and integrate new modules into existing applications.
• Implement high-quality software solutions and automated testing procedures.
• Test, maintain, and optimize software to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Provide accurate time estimates for project tasks and technical development efforts.
• Document each phase of the software development lifecycle to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Prepare detailed reports on project specifications, development activities, and overall progress.

Requirements

Competencies & Skills

• Graduated in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services and API development, integration, and optimization
• Familiarity with Java is an advantage
• Proficient in version control systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a group.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Very good communications skills verbal and written.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
