Position Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for implementing HR management policies, procedures, and practices, supporting processes related to recruitment, professional development, payroll administration, and employee relations. This position also plays an administrative support role in the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and effective internal communication.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  •      Drafts and publishes job vacancy announcements.
  •      Supports the onboarding and initial training process for new employees.
  •      Maintains and updates employee files and the HR database.
  •      Assists in preparing employment contracts, amendments, and official documents.
  •      Helps administer payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  •      Monitors working hours, leave, absences, and related reporting.
  •      Supports the implementation of internal regulations and company policies.
  •      Participates in the development of training and performance evaluation policies.
  •      Provides advice on labor relations and professional ethics matters.
  •      Ensures compliance with labor law and data protection regulations.

 

Additional Administrative Assistant Duties:

  •      Coordinates meetings, conferences, and administrative activities; prepares minutes and follows up on post-meeting actions.
  •      Prepares, organizes, and archives administrative documentation.
  •      Supports internal communication between departments and management.
  •      Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, official notices).
  •      Assists in preparing monthly HR reports and statistics.
  •      Oversees office supplies and administrative logistics.

Required Qualifications:

  •      University degree in Management, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
  •      2–4 years of work experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
  •      Good knowledge of labor legislation and modern HR practices.
  •      Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  •      Proficient in Microsoft Office and, preferably, HRMIS systems.
  •      Strong command of Albanian and English (written & spoken).
