Senior Recruiter, manages the sourcing of candidates through various channels, planning of interviews, following the selection procedures and participating in job fairs and career events. Develops long-term recruiting strategy and build trusting relationships with potential candidates or potential employees. Creates and maintain the talent pipeline for the company’s current and future hiring needs. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops recruitment strategies and makes appropriate recommendations to managers and supervisors.
- Leads the recruitment process at all company’s levels.
- Prepares and rigorously executes the recruitment plan of the company.
- Coordinates employer branding enhancement initiatives.
- Organizes and attends in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Leads the orientation process of new hires in order to ensure their effective integration in the company.
- Performs interviews process selection and implements all necessary recruitment tests.
- Responsible for development and support of employer branding activities with regards to recruitment in the company as well as support of internal activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as recruiter or in similar positions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising/ social publishing and with the social media channels.
- High possesses interviewing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
- Knowledge about Albanian Labor Code.
