Job Position: Business Process & Performance Analyst

Overview

The Business Process & Performance Analyst plays a key role in analyzing internal business processes, operational data, and performance indicators across the Group.
The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, cost optimization opportunities, and process improvements, and translating analytical insights into practical recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Data Collection

Collect, structure, and analyze operational and financial data from internal business processes across Group companies.
Map and document existing (“as-is”) processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and duplication of activities.
Work closely with operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Performance & Efficiency Analysis

Analyze process performance using KPIs, cost drivers, and productivity indicators.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
Perform root-cause analysis for performance gaps and inefficiencies.
Reporting & Insights

Prepare clear analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Translate data and analysis into actionable insights and improvement proposals.
Support management decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
Process Improvement & Optimization

Propose process optimization initiatives, including:
standardization of processes,
shared services models,
automation or simplification of workflows,
cost-saving initiatives.
Support the evaluation of improvement initiatives, including cost-benefit and impact analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation of approved initiatives.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in:
business analysis,
operations / process analysis,
performance management,
consulting or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Very good Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Ability to structure complex information and present it clearly.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
