Position Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Balfin Real Estate is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and end-to-end optimization of digital marketing initiatives across assigned projects. This role plays a key strategic and advisory function by developing and leading integrated 360° digital marketing strategies that directly support commercial objectives, brand positioning, and growth.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist manages multiple online channels, ensures performance-driven execution, and delivers measurable business results, while also contributing to process optimization, best-practice implementation, and strategic decision-making within the digital marketing function. Close collaboration with the Digital Team Leader, Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams ensures full alignment with the company’s overall marketing and business strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management and Execution

Designs, implements, and manages integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to achieve specific project objectives.

Executes campaigns across various platforms (Google & YouTube Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation, website traffic growth, and audience engagement.

Ensures all campaigns comply with company/project brand identity guidelines and contribute to broader marketing strategies.
Website and Content Management

Manages and optimizes company/project websites (text, visuals, content, etc.) and dedicated conversion pages (landing pages) for assigned projects, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.

Collaborates with the content team (Marketing Manager and project working group) to develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of blogs, videos, infographics, and project updates.

Monitors website performance using analytical tools, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures all digital content aligns with SEO strategies.

Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and unified user experience across all online platforms and touchpoints.
Social Media and Content Marketing

Develops and manages social media content tailored to assigned projects, ensuring timely posting, audience engagement, and alignment with current trends.

Collaborates with the team to create optimized digital content, including blogs, videos, banners, and infographics.

Monitors social media trends and recommends strategic adjustments to maximize engagement and project brand awareness.
Data-Driven Optimization

Tracks and analyzes digital campaign performance and lead management using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and prepares monthly or daily reports.

Provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.

Uses data to optimize campaign elements in real time, including targeting, budgets, and creative assets.
Project Collaboration and Coordination

Works closely with the Digital Team Leader to align project strategies and ensure successful campaign execution.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and creative teams, to optimize the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Coordinates with external partners and vendors, as needed, for the implementation of specific project initiatives.

Works in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Budget Management

Manages campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring projects remain within defined spending limits.

Monitors expenses and adjusts strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and campaign impact.
Additional Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.

Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are considered an advantage.
Experience

4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors.

Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Skills

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance.

Expertise in creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media).
