Job position: Head of Marketing, PR & E-Commerce

Department: Marketing & E-Commerce

Location: Tirana

The Head of Marketing, PR & Communication shall be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization aiming at increasing customer base, new leads generation. S/he will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize our e-commerce initiatives. Manages, oversees and is responsible for the day-to-day activities in Marketing, PR & Communication Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication

  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
  • Design and trace all the best practices implemented for all marketing communication activities.
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Create and improve processes for collecting/analyzing data, evaluating the impact of programs, and providing actionable insights for the future.
  • Applying the media relations strategy as planned and approved by the Group, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Manage corporate branding.

PR and Digital Communication

  • Responsible for brand management company identity and image.
  • Implement PR action plans as per approved PR Strategy by the Group.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities.
  • Create content and provide draft for press releases and other related articles for strategic and tactical approach.
  • Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours for company needs.
  • Provide the content for social media and identify new ways of keeping the clients interested.
  • Coordinate and adhere to the guide from the group on social media performance and manage the company team to engage audiences across new media.
  • Monitor company website and social media pages and ensure that clients’ queries are addressed accordingly.
  • Gather customer feedback from online and traditional promotional channels to inform sales and product teams.

Customer Experience (CX):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our brand values and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer pain points, conduct market research, and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve and innovate our customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in customer touchpoints across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and physical interactions.

 

 

E-Commerce:

  • Oversee the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and maximize customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement and optimize online marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the E-Commerce experience.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless user experience, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new e-commerce features and functionalities.

 

Business & Strategy Planning:

  • Conduct in-depth market research, align business plan presentations with management’s strategic vision.
  • Execute comprehensive competitive analysis and analyze industry trends to proactively identify lucrative business opportunities and potential risks, delivering strategic advice and guidance to the management team.

 

CSR

  • Apply and implement the CSR action plan annually approved by the Group based on the Group CSR Strategy.
  • Provide suggestions and ideas for CSR related activities to the Group.

Crisis

  • Follow the instructions developed by the Group on Crisis situations.
  • Advising company staff on handling and working with the media according to guidelines and policies at group level on Crisis management.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the customer service response team to and establish together with them a process in which they are resolved and communicated.
  • Schedule and facilitate the post-event debrief meeting with recovery team leads to identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement where recovery plans were activated.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Experience in the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and a strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Very good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
