Department: Retail Project Development
Location: Tirane
Summary of the Position:
To create and develop building projects that are functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that they meet building standards and legal regulations. The architect must balance the needs of users with the aesthetics and efficiency of the project, coordinating with other professionals and managing resources to ensure a sustainable result that is suitable for daily use.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Consulting with other professionals regarding the design of a project.
2.Preparing and presenting visibility reports and design proposals to supervisors.
3.Taking measures to ensure that financial budgets and planned deadlines are met.
4.Producing technical details, drawings, estimates and specifications necessary to complete the files ready for the procurement process.
5.Completing with details, refinishing, various additions as appropriate and following up on implementation by supervising and ensuring the implementation of the project according to standards.
6.Conducting negotiations with contractors and other professionals.
7.Project management by helping to coordinate the work of contractors.
8.Controlling a project from start to finish; regular visits to check developments, ensuring the smooth running of construction processes.
- Solving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior referring to the needs of the department.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Possess a Master of Science degree, Architecture profile.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
- Possess excellent computer knowledge, AutoCad, Sketch up, 3dsMAX, Archicad, and the Office package.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Be focused on details.
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic.
- Good negotiation and collaboration skills with suppliers to create the best agreements.
- Ability to manage and solve various problems that may arise.
- Very good team working skills.
