Position: Data Analyst

Department: Claim Department

Location: Head Office, Tirana

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and track warranty claims and product reimbursements for top-tier brands like Samsung, LG, Bosch, and Philips. You will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate communication between internal teams and official partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly claim reporting for leading global brands
• Data verification from service orders and coordination with technical teams
• Database maintenance and report preparation
• Communication with technicians and partners to ensure claim accuracy
• Process monitoring, documentation checks, and spare part tracking
• Supporting claim approval workflows and invoice submissions

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Economics); Master’s is a plus
• Experience: 1–3 years as a Data Analyst

Skills:

• Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good command of English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow structured procedures
