Job position: E-commerce Coordinator

Department: Marketing & E-Commerce

Location: Tirana

The focus of the E-commerce Coordinator role is to support the growth and efficiency of the online store by managing product content, coordinating site updates, ensuring optimal user experience, tracking performance metrics, and translating data insights into actionable improvements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product information, manage site content, execute website refreshes, ensure optimal performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Coordinate email campaigns, SEO, PPC, and sales/promo launches; analyze campaign performance.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, traffic, and conversion rates; analyze user behavior; and generate performance reports to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Responsibility for real-time processing of incoming customer orders and customer service.
• Manage product lifecycle, oversee listings, and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely fulfillment.
• Organization of deliveries and addressing of the invoice in the warehouse.
• Management of deliveries and registration of data in third party systems for deliveries.
• Very good recognition and monitoring of shipment statuses and reallocation to other product destinations.
• Organization and communication for the processing of the shipment based on the defined deadlines.
• Realization of the registration of the final status of the shipment and the financial coordination of the transaction
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the site for a seamless shopping journey

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in online sales
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with content management and basic HTML/photo editing (a plus).
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Energetic and enjoy working with the client.
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. .
• Methodical and organized.
• Honesty and integrity.
