Job Position: E-commerce Manager

Overview
E-commerce Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all e-commerce activities, the development of online sales channels, and the enhancement of customer experience through an integrated omnichannel approach. The role includes close collaboration with top management in defining and executing the digital strategy, as well as the continuous improvement of web platform performance and sales results.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the e-commerce strategy in line with company goals;
- Manages all online sales activities (orders, deliveries, payments, returns, customer support);
- Identifies opportunities for growth and expansion of online business and product assortment;
- Coordinates activities with internal teams and external partners;
- Plans and ensures the execution of promotional campaigns and product launches;
- Manages and optimizes digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social media, etc.);
- Creates and oversees the content calendar, content publishing, and landing page development;
- Analyzes customer behavior and purchasing trends to optimize sales;
- Monitors and analyzes KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate);
- Manages A/B testing and optimization of the customer journey and conversion;
- Develops a data-driven approach to improve performance and achieve targets;
- Participates in the improvement of the web platform (CMS, mobile optimization, site speed);
- Collaborates with the IT team on implementing technical solutions and UX/UI improvements;
- Develops and enhances customer experience through an omnichannel approach;
- Ensures a high level of customer support and monitors customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar roles;
- Experience in team leadership and project management;
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar);
- Experience in digital marketing and working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.);
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and conversion optimization;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
