Job Position: ERP Consultant

Department: ECR Operational and Platform Configuration
Location: Tirana

Reports to: Operational and Platform Configuration  Manager

 

Overview of the Role

The ERP Consultant is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting ERP systems used across companies. This role involves analyzing issues, testing new developments, implementing ERP modules, and training users. ERP Specialists work closely with business teams to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure ERP applications based on business needs.
  • Provide user support via phone, online platforms, or on-site assistance.
  • Manage user profiles and access rights within ERP systems.
  • Test new developments and changes in existing ERP installations.
  • Handle incidents and service requests by coordinating, allocating, and escalating as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ERP systems.
  • Participate in ERP implementation projects.
  • Train and support users in using ERP systems effectively.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Competencies and Skills

  • Knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write SQL scripts.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, computers, and basic applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly inform and advise users.
  • Background in ERP system administration, testing, installation, or support.
  • Initiative and ability to contribute new ideas.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience in implementing new systems or system administration is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
