POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial and fiscal aspects of the company’s operations. He/she plays a key role in strategic planning, management, and coordination of financial, accounting, and budgeting processes, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with the highest professional and regulatory standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads, monitors, and overseas the finance and accounting department.
- Designs and manages financial and accounting projects for various units and operational locations.
- Ensures the effective implementation of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Coordinates and oversees monthly and annual financial reporting for the CEO, Group CFO, and executive management.
- Analyzes the financial performance of the company and its ongoing projects, proposing measures for optimization and sustainable growth.
- Coordinates the preparation of financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS), as well as Group reporting Packing in accordance with Group procedures and policies.
- Ensures compliance with national legal and regulatory requirements in accounting and fiscal reporting.
- Approves and oversees revenue and expenditure processes, departmental budgets, prepares supporting documentation.
- Analyzes cash flow, costs, and expenditures to support business leaders with informed decision-making.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements financial strategies and supports information systems for budgeting, tax planning, asset administration, and asset safeguarding.
- Contributes to the improvement of the company’s financial and operational performance.
- Identifies and implements enhancements to financial and management information systems.
- Supports the CEO and Group CFO in fostering a performance oriented organizational culture.
- Collaborates closely with other managers to provide analytical information and recommendations for data-driven decision-making.
REQUESTS
- University degree in Economics, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or accounting management.
- In-depth knowledge of fiscal legislation and international financial reporting standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (ERP).
- Advanced skills in financial control, accounting, analysis, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, discretion, and strong professional ethics.
