POSITION SUMMARY:

The Finance Specialist is responsible for implementing and overseeing all financial and accounting activities of both companies Just Fun Balkans and Western Balkans Fashion Group. He/she plays an important role in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial data, as well as in the execution of budgeting and fiscal procedures, ensuring that all processes are carried out in compliance with professional standards, company policies, and applicable legal requirements.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Recording of expense invoices in the system and all related accounting entries.
  • Recording, cost allocation, and fiscalization of the company’s imports.
  • Recording of capital investment invoices and preparation of the required set of documents in accordance with group/company procedures.
  • Recording self-invoicing and reverse charge transactions based on supporting documents and archiving the complete document set.
  • Responsible for the invoice approval process according to group/company procedures.
  • Recording bank transactions, prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation statement.
  • Responsible for cash reconciliation.
  • Processing, verification, and preparation of the purchase ledger draft by the 7th of each month.
  • Periodic reconciliations with the company’s various suppliers.
  • Organizing and maintaining files related to Finance Department activities, including invoices and other contractual documents supporting or justifying executed payments.
  • Identifying issues and irregularities within accounting processes.
  • Assisting during internal, external, and tax audit processes.
  • Maintaining the clearing database and reconciling with group companies or third parties as required.
  • Preparation of the monthly financial reporting package for state institutions, in accordance with the required format and frequency.
  • Carrying out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.

 

 

REQUESTS

 

  • University degree in Economics, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of fiscal legislation and international financial reporting standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (ERP).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and strong professional ethics.
