Job Position: Finance Specialist
Department: Finance Department

Overview
The main purpose of Finance Specialist is to ensure recording of sales invoices, bank and cash entries, performance of payments and to support overall the Finance teamwork.
Main Responsibilities:
- Booking of purchases invoices of foreign suppliers and monthly actions for PPE in relation to capitalized expenses.
- Reconciliation of sales and purchase books between tax and accounting systems and archive all the documents on monthly periodic basis.
- Perform book entries in accounting sistem in the bank and cash ledgers, reconcile with bank statements.
- Generate purchase invoices from Selfcare (fiscalisation system) and Electronic Approval Platform and ensure the signing and documentation as company’s procedure.
- Book purchase invoices (expenses) in accounting system .
- Reconcile and post deferred expenses.
- Prepare payment to suppliers and other creditors, prepare supporting documentation for payments.
- Completing the necessary documentation requirements regarding the avoidance of double taxation in accordance with the deadlines set in the relevant laws and regulations as per Finance Supervisor instruction.
- Periodic reconciliation of clients and suppliers, monitoring of payments and collections at the right time, as well as the 6-M Reconciliation signed and stamped with suppliers and clients or as often as necessary;
- Support periodic and annual reports of related parties as well as ensure timely reconciliation with group companies ICO;
- Support during properly calculation of all investments related to: deposits, bonds, loans and other form of investments, perform bookings in NAV and mantain the investment files on monthly basis.
- Perform book entries and all the necessary accountings related to: expenses, income, accruals and provisions, classification of short-term and long-term rights and obligations
Other duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field
- Preferred proven 3-5 years experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles;
- Very good written and verbal communication skills;
- Detailed-oriented;
- Willingness of continuous learning;
- Willingnes for process improvement and optimization;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft excel;
- Very good knowledge of English language
