Position: Geodesy Engineer

Job Summary: The general purpose of this position is to carry out tasks related to the preparation of special topographic surveys that require specific tools and organization, geodetic work on engineering structures, special geodetic works, support networks, and volume processing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and ensures the implementation of projects in accordance with urban planning conditions and designs;
- Conducts various topographic surveys in different coordinate systems;
- Closely follows construction works by providing the required project elevations;
- Performs various updates and connections with relative and absolute coordinate systems;
- Prepares post-construction documentation (as-built);
- Performs volume calculations and comparisons;
- Controls and prepares progress reports.
Education: Possess a university in Geodesy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry;
- Degree in Engineering, with specific qualifications for the position preferred;
- Work experience in similar fields;
- Strong decision-making skills and a confident personality;
- Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety standards;
- Proficiency in computer programs (AutoCAD Civil 3D, CAD, EXCEL);
- Ability to work with Total Station & GPS;
- Ability to identify and report issues;
- Energetic and proactive nature;
- Strong knowledge of urban planning legislation;
- Ability to suggest solutions and make decisions;
- Good communication skills with clear expression of ideas and solutions;
- Ability to work in a team.
