Job Position: Hospitality Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Hospitality Marketing Manager is responsible for executing strategies to promote the hotel, increasing occupancy, and driving revenue across rooms, F&B, spa, and events, and ensure alignment with the hotel’s brand positioning.
This role requires four months on-site, with the remaining period based at the BRE Head Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Branding
- Development of comprehensive marketing strategies, budgets, and activity plans, including brainstorming sessions with the Sales team and dedicated functional teams.
- Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing plan aligned with business goals and Hotel strategies.
- Ensure stakeholder approvals and closely monitor budget allocations.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect the brand identity, tone, and values (e.g., luxury, serenity, exclusivity).
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of tasks handled by external agencies delivering outsourced services.
- Development of comprehensive marketing strategies, budgets, and activity plans, including brainstorming sessions with the Sales team and dedicated functional teams.
- Ensure stakeholder approvals and closely monitor budget allocations.
- Follow company procedures and participate in the review of marketing department procedures
- Responsible for recruiting and training additional team members when required
- During the off-peak season, the Marketing Manager will oversee PR content, coordinate marketing events, and lead research projects in support of BRE’s long-term strategic growth.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the hotel’s website, SEO, and content to maximize online visibility.
- Oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
- Develop digital campaign concepts.
- Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising).
- Manage online reputation (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google reviews).
Sales & Revenue Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotions, packages, and partnerships.
- Support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) and wedding business through targeted marketing campaign concepts.
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and travel writers.
- Manage press releases, media kits, and PR events.
- Develop partnerships with tour operators, luxury brands, airlines, and local businesses.
Creative & Collateral Development
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, signage).
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure high-quality content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and market share
- Provide monthly reports to General Manager and HQ (if part of a chain).
- Adjust the marketing plan based on performance insights.
Work Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality or luxury marketing.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and hospitality trends. (Canva or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of MC office package.
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, revenue management, and F&B.
- Strong network-building skills (press, influencers, corporate clients).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
- Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CMS tools).
- Proficiency in writing articles, blogs, and copy lines.
- Languages (English required, others an advantage depending on market).
Directives and Reporting line:
- Operation: reports to BRE Marketing Director.
- Functionally: dotted-line reporting to the Accor Regional/ Cluster Marketing Director, to ensure brand compliance and alignment with global campaigns.
- Functionally: dotted-line reporting to Group Communication.
