Job Position: HR Operations Specialist

Overview
The HR Operations Specialist provides operational and coordination support across HR Administration, L&D, and Employee Engagement. The role ensures accurate HR process execution, effective HR systems utilization, and reliable reporting while supporting training and engagement initiatives in line with company and Group standards. It is suited for a mid-career HR professional seeking to strengthen expertise in HR operations and system optimization within a corporate environment
Main Responsibilities:
HRMIS Implementation, Administration & System Ownership (Primary Focus)
Support the full HRMIS lifecycle including configuration and integration, system testing, rollout coordination, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional HR and IT/DT stakeholders.
Act as the HRMIS focal point by administering user access, workflows, and data structures; ensuring data integrity and governance; providing first-line functional support and consultancy; delivering user training; and driving system optimization and automation.
HR Data Management & Analytics
Responsible for HR data inputs including reconciliations, data audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making, ensuring standardized metrics and reliable workforce analytics.
Support core HR administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation tracking, attendance and leave monitoring).
Assist in payroll input validation, and employee inquiries while ensuring all transactions and documentation are properly recorded.
Learning & Development Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, attendance tracking, and proper documentation of learning activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records to monitor training effectiveness.
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
Coordinate the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events, managing logistics, vendor follow-up, and execution timelines.
Track participation, consolidate survey feedback, and ensure timely administrative follow-up to support engagement programs.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HRIS/HR reporting roles, or HR operational support.
Very good understanding of core HR processes
Experience in HRMIS systems, digital tools, and data entry/validation processes.
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset with a genuine interest in HR systems, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
