Job Position: Navision Support Specialist

Overview
The Navision Support Specialist maintains and provides support for Dynamics NAV implementations that are used in Balfin Group. Analyzes, finds problems with applications and works to solve them. Is included in the development, testing, implementation and configuration of new Dynamics NAV. Helps train new users and provides support to the company’s users regarding the programs they are using.
Main Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Dynamics NAV Application.
Provides support for users through the phone, online or at work.
Administer user profiles in Business applications.
Test new developments or changes in existing dynamics NAV installations.
Manage incidents and service requests by coordinating, allocating and escalating accordingly
Fixes problems and corrects errors in installed Navision implementations.
Involved in the implementation of Business Applications in the Balfin Group companies.
Assists the Business Applications Manager and Navision Team Leader in daily projects and / or problems.
Trains and Supports Users.

Requirements
Competencies and Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, administration and script creation in SQL
Good knowledge of operating systems, computers and basic applications
Written and verbal communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
A background in either: administration, testing, installations or support with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Initiative and ability to deliver new ideas.
Organizational and planning skills to manage time and reach deadlines and objectives.
Good knowledge in English.
Experience in implementing new systems and / or system administration work is an advantage.
