Job Position:             Procurement & Bartering Specialist

Department:              Corporate Finance

Reports to:                 Group Procurement & Bartering Manager

 

Overview

The Procurement & Bartering Specialist is responsible for:

–        Group-Level Bartering – organizing, coordinating, supervising, and reporting all bartering relationships at Group level.

–        Group Procurement – managing the Group-level procurement function for the acquisition of shared goods and services to be procured for all Group companies, ensuring efficiency and synergies.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Group Bartering:

–          Monitoring and ensuring performance related to bartering agreements achieved (terms/values).

–          Measuring the percentage of bartering realization at Group level and reporting progress.

–          Evaluating new bartering relationships with new partners and monitoring their development.

–          Analyzing the percentage of sales through bartering compared to targets set for each project.

–          Monitoring the timing (deadlines) for contracting assets designated for bartering-based sales compared to targets set for each project.

 

Procurement:

–          Implementation and improvement of Group-level procurement procedures.

–          Market and cost analysis, supplier selection and evaluation.

–          Preparation of RFPs, financial analyses, and decision-making recommendations.

–          Contract management, supplier relationship management, and performance

–          monitoring.

–          Timely execution of purchases with required quality and competitive pricing.

–          Periodic reporting on procurement activities.

–          Utilization of Procurement Software.

 

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

–          University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master’s Degree is an advantage.

–          Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, finance, procurement, or related fields.

–          Excellent communication and interaction skills in Albanian and good communication skills in English.

–          Expertise in negotiation, contract drafting and management, and supplier relationship management.

–          Effective verbal and written communication skills with managers, colleagues, and individuals within and outside the company.

–          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

–          Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan work and set priorities.

–          Motivated, well-organized, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ability to make independent decisions as well as work effectively in a team
