Job Position:             Reporting and Controlling Specialist

Overview

 

The Reporting and Controlling Specialist provides essential support to the Reporting and Controlling Senior Specialist to ensure the delivery of accurate financial reporting, in-depth financial analysis, and effective budget control for Group companies, with the aim of monitoring organizational performance.

Main Responsibilities:

 

      Adheres to the reporting calendar, meeting deadlines, and managing assigned tasks and projects in collaboration with Group companies.

      Assists in the preparation of monthly management reports at the Group level.

      Reviews the management reports of individual companies for accuracy and completeness.

      Supports the analysis and reporting of budget deviations across Group companies.

      Contributes to the preparation of financial reports and analyses for presentation to management and/or the Management Board.

      Assists in identifying financial indicators to monitor performance for Group companies based on best industry practices.

      Assists in the preparation of the annual management budget and financial performance reports.

      Participates in the preparation of the annual report.

      Assists in preparation of the un-consolidated group budget.

      Monitors the intercompany transactions database to ensure accuracy and compliance.

      Conducts quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sectorial analysis.

      Provides support for ad-hoc analyses of Group companies to address specific performance issues.

      Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance required.

       Prior experience with a Big Four audit firm is an advantage.

       ACCA qualification or in-progress certification is preferred.

       A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting.

       At least 3 years of prior experience in medium and/or large company.

       Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in managing financials for a multi-site organization

       Proficiency in preparing and presenting proposals and recommendations.

       Exceptional attention to detail.

       Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet objectives.

       Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving, idea generation, and continuous skill development.

Excellent proficiency in the English language
