Job position: Retail Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of product information, pricing, and inventory data within the company’s ERP system. This role supports smooth commercial operations by maintaining data integrity, monitoring market trends, and providing essential information for decision-making. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to optimize product and pricing processes.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Register product cards in system with all relevant classifiers based on data provided by suppliers or brands.
  • Prepare purchase order documents according to defined formats within one day of receiving information.
  • Prepare documentation for each supply, including articles, costs, and relevant classifiers, and send them for completion of sales prices accurately and on time.
  • Record price modifications for articles as requested.
  • Register discounts for articles in system during promotional periods and restore original prices after the promotion ends.
  • Provide timely information regarding stock entries, inventory status, and discounts.
  • Support stores with unidentified articles in the system.
  • Participate in asset inventory for shared assets at headquarters and stores.
  • Prepare statistical reports when required.
  • Monitor competitors and market data.
  • Complete asset handover/transfer forms for head office staff.
  • Conduct partial inventories in stores.
  • Be present during store date arrangements.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in retail operations, product data management, or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.

Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
