Position Summary:
The Sales & Merchandiser will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to potential and existing business partners (retailers, resellers. The role focuses on developing strong partner relationships, driving sell-in activities, and ensuring correct product placement, visibility, and brand representation at points of sale. This position combines sales execution with merchandising activities to support market penetration and brand growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Visiting retail partners and potential business partners to promote products and drive sell-in activities.
• Presenting the product portfolio, explaining features, benefits, and commercial advantages to partners.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners to support long-term cooperation.
• Achieving sales targets and distribution objectives within the assigned territory.
• Monitoring stock levels at partner locations and coordinating replenishment needs with the sales team.
• Ensuring correct product placement, planogram compliance, and proper in-store visibility according to company guidelines.
• Implementing promotional activities, POS materials, and in-store displays in coordination with marketing guidelines.
• Collecting market feedback, partner insights, and monitoring competitors’ activities in the field.
• Preparing regular daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, merchandising execution, and market conditions.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in B2B sales, trade marketing, or merchandising is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of distribution channels, retail operations, and sell-in/sell-out dynamics.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
