Job Position: Senior Consolidation Specialist
Department: Group Corporate Finance

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in preparing draft consolidated financial statements at Group level.

Participate in preparing consolidated financial projections at Group level.
![]()
Assist in coordinating the group companies and auditor for the group audit.
![]()
Assist group companies for changes in accounting and financial reporting standards and assist in issuing specific accounting ad hoc treatments.

Coordinate and monitoring progress of the Group in addressing recommendations from the auditor.
![]()
Run the process of elimination of related party transactions, part of group consolidation.
![]()
Prepare and review consolidated adjustments for the consolidated financials.
![]()
Assist in the review of Group Reporting Package (GRP).
![]()
Coordinate the deployment of new Corporate Finance reporting tools, monitoring tools and group company’s ERP developments.

Advocate automatization of finance departments (group companies and Balfin) operations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business or Finance required.
![]()
Previous experience with a big four audit firm is an advantage.
![]()
ACCA diploma or under way is a preference.
![]()
At least 4 years of progressive experience in accounting with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting.

At least 4 years of prior experience in medium and/or large company.
![]()
Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization.
![]()
Experience in presenting and preparing proposals and recommendations.
![]()
Very attentive to details.
![]()
Strongly result oriented, able to work unsupervised.
![]()
Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
![]()
Excellent command of English language.
