Job Position: Senior Tax Specialist
Department: Group Corporate Finance

Overview
The Senior Tax Specialist is primarily responsible to accurately and efficiently manage tax reporting and planning and ensure compliance of tax laws for the Group and its companies, to achieve maximization of tax savings and optimization for the Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Tax Manager in optimizing tax efficiency across the Group, including transfer pricing, tax treaties, holding structures, and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate and monitor tax compliance obligations across all jurisdictions, ensuring
- timely and accurate filings.
- Prepare, review, and analyze tax returns, reports, and supporting documentation for Group companies.
- Support tax-related aspects of M&A transactions, restructurings, and funding activities, including due diligence and transaction support.
- Assist in liaising with local tax authorities and support tax audits, inspections, and ongoing tax disputes or court cases.
- Monitor changes in local and international tax legislation and assess potential impacts on Group companies
- Support the implementation and enforcement of Group tax policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Identify potential tax risks and support the development and implementation of mitigation measures across the Group, under the guidance of the Tax Manager.
- Coordinate with and support external tax advisors and consultants, including preparation of data and follow-up.
- Provide day-to-day tax support and guidance to Group companies on tax-related matters.
- Maintain proper tax documentation, including Group master files, local files, an Intercompany agreements, in coordination with advisors.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax and/or accounting, with strong exposure to corporate taxation and compliance.
- Practical experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for medium to large-sized companies, preferably within a multinational or group structure.
- Good understanding of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and international tax concepts (transfer pricing, tax treaties ect).
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions or supporting cross-border transactions is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate tax matters clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Able to work independently while effectively supporting senior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
