We are seeking to welcome a candidate as Small Business Advisor, South Region (Vlore, Fier, Lushnje) (Band 4T) position to join our Retail Division reporting directly to the Small Business Segment Manager and Business Development District Manager.
Overall Job Definition
The Small Business Advisor is responsible for acquisition of new small business customers, exploit business opportunities and develop close relationships with new and portfolio customers to achieve the targets foreseen by the Bank. Promote product and services through direct contact, proposes new/alternative tools to reach the customers & proposes new products/ services in accordance with identified customers’ needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Keep systematic contact & communication with the customer under a predefined action plan and business objectives agreed with the direct supervisor for developing cooperation with the customer.
Provide periodical reports to the supervisor in connection to meetings with the customers and related recommendations on business issues addressed for discussions.
Coordinates cross selling opportunities with existing or new customers, in cooperation with other units of the Bank.
Provides customers the preliminary financial offer and negotiate terms until finalization and the acceptance of the agreement by the customer.
Prepares adequate and quality financing proposals according to the Banks’ policy& requirements in force by preparing detailed financial analyses, verify and cross check the information provided by the customer, suggest solutions and business strategy to follow up with the customer.
Reach fast on customers’ requirements, collects periodical information on customers’ business & economical standing as per credit policy in force.
Upon generation of the decision for the case, informs the customers and follow up to complete the flow until loan disbursement & file documentation.
Collects and evaluates customers’ feedback aiming to assist in terms of improving results, redesign the processes and the system functionalities.
Acts in line with NYC and Anti Money Laundering policies
Handle customers’ complains in line with the Bank’s procedure in force.
Any other duty that is delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements
Competencies / Skills:
· Holds a Bachelor Degree in; Economy or other related field; Master degree is preferable.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking Sector/Financial Institutions, (Similar experiences will be an advantage.).
· Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
· Very good negotiation skills & results oriented.
· Orientation to Improvement & Development.
· Creativity & Analytical Thinking.
· Self-motivated, well organized and systematic.
· Strong command of English language in written and spoken.
