Job Summary:

The Digital Team Leader at Balfin Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies across all real estate projects managed by the company. This role involves leading the digital team in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that enhance the company’s online presence, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives.

The Digital Team Leader will work closely with Marketing Managers and other functional team leaders to ensure that digital efforts are fully integrated into the broader marketing strategy.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Development and Implementation of the Digital Strategy:

 

  • Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and tailored to the specific needs of each real estate project.
  • Oversees the execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitors and optimizes digital campaigns to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver strong returns on investment (ROI).

 

  1. Team Leadership and Management:

 

  • Leads and manages the digital marketing team, providing direction, support, and opportunities for professional development to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Allocates digital resources across various real estate projects, ensuring that each receives the necessary support to achieve its objectives.
  • Conducts regular performance evaluations, sets goals, and provides feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.

 

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 

  • Works closely with Marketing Managers and other functional team leaders (PR & Communications, Designers, Market Research, Events, etc.) within the matrix structure to ensure digital strategies are well-coordinated and integrated into broader marketing plans.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to understand digital requirements and deliver effective online strategies.

 

  1. Website and Content Management:

 

  • Oversees the management and optimization of the company’s websites and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Works with the content team to develop and manage a content calendar that supports the overall digital strategy, ensuring timely and relevant content publishing.
  • Ensures all digital content is SEO-optimized and effectively engages target audiences.

 

  1. Social Media Strategy and Management:

 

  • Develops and implements a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages followers, and drives traffic to the company and project websites.
  • Oversees the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitors social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a strong online presence.

 

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

 

  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
  • Provides regular updates to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders on digital performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Utilizes tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.

 

  1. Digital Innovation and Trends:

 

  • Stays up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Identifies and implements new digital strategies, platforms, and technologies that can enhance the company’s online presence and marketing efforts.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation within the digital team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and creative solutions.

 

  1. Budget and Resource Management:

 

  • Assists the Marketing Director in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Monitors digital expenditures, tracks budget performance, and makes necessary adjustments to stay within financial constraints.

 

Work Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry or related sectors.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a digital marketing team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
