Tirana transformed into a hub of innovation for a day thanks to AllWeb 2025, one of the most important events bringing together innovators, creators, marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, and technology experts. In an energetic atmosphere, participants shared ideas, experiences, and visions for the digital future we are building today.

Mane Foundation was one of the main supporters of the conference, reaffirming its role as a promoter of innovation, education, and sustainable development in Albania.
“Mane Foundation joins AllWeb as a supporter of new ideas in all formats and from all groups presenting them. Throughout the year, together with our founder Samir Mane, we have developed programs where young people have provided solutions on topics such as innovation and entrepreneurship, creativity and sustainability, or financial education. This regional conference is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and identify valuable new projects,” shared Erion Ndrecka, Director of Mane Foundation.
The AllWeb 2025 stage hosted international speakers from technology, communication, and startup sectors, sharing strategies, success stories, and perspectives on global digital transformation.
“AllWeb is an event that lasts just one day, but it is highly significant because it brings together speakers from around the world. To have these voices present, we must first be promoters of innovation in our country and find the support of partners like Mane Foundation, who share the same values and vision for innovation. BALFIN Group and Mane Foundation are both promoters and supporters of innovation, and AllWeb is just one example of these innovative initiatives,” said Gert Boshnjaku, Founder of AllWeb.
Throughout 2025, the Mane Foundation has contributed to strengthening the culture of innovation through initiatives such as Tirana Bank’s Codex Hackathon, which brought together fintech experts, young talents, and students from the Faculty of Information Technology at TBU, a faculty known for its dynamic, innovation-driven approach to technology. Projects like the GEN-E Albania festival and the Riciklo Kreativ competition further showcase how creativity, sustainability, and entrepreneurship continue to grow across the ecosystem. These initiatives reflect BALFIN Group’s core value of innovation, present in many of the group’s educational, technological, and creative programs.
