Job Position: Software Developer – C# / .NET
Department: Information Systems
Location: Tirana
The Software Developer – C# / .NET primary purpose is to design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET-based software applications. The Software Developer will contribute to the ongoing development of internal systems by writing high-quality C# code, debugging and optimizing existing applications, and supporting the maintenance of the company’s codebase.
This position requires a strong interest in C#, DevExpress and the .NET platform, a willingness to continuously learn, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development team.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Team Leader and Senior Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of C#/.NET applications
Write, maintain, and refactor C# code following .NET best practices
Learn and work with the existing .NET codebase and contribute improvements
Develop and execute unit tests and functional tests for C# applications
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects in .NET systems
Monitor and help improve the performance and reliability of internal systems
Implement enhancements and fixes based on requests from the Team Leader
Contribute to technical documentation, including User Manuals, Progress Reports, and Technology Reports
Requirements
Competencies and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of C#, DevExpress and the .NET framework (CLR, .NET runtime, Visual Studio, etc.)
Knowledge of related technologies such as SQL, APIs, or web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is an advantage
Good understanding of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment with professionalism and adaptability
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
