Position Summary:
The Office Sales Assistant supports the daily operations of the sales department and office administration by ensuring efficient coordination, accurate communication with clients and partners, and proper follow-up of sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to support sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily communication with business partners and clients regarding product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Register, process, and monitor sales orders in the company system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate closely with other departments such as warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing processes.
• Prepare basic sales reports, summaries, and analyses, and regularly update internal databases.
• Organize, archive, and manage sales and administrative documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Provide support for promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and company events when required.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and workflow.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree or secondary education (preferably in economics, business administration, or a related field).
• Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
