Job position: Executive Business analyst
Location: Tirana
Executive Business analyst is responsible for providing financial oversight, performance analysis, and decision support across all Neptun markets. The role ensures financial transparency, performance discipline, and high-quality insights to support execution of the 2030 strategy. This role focuses on analysis, consolidation, and insight generation rather than local accounting execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze financial performance across all countries (TO, GP, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, inventory).
- Prepare group-level dashboards and performance reports for EXCOM and Board.
- Identify performance deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.
- Analyze BAU performance and strategic initiative impact.
- Support evaluation of international expansion and major investment cases.
- Act as financial counterpart to Country CFOs and finance teams.
- Summarizes all contract terms and distributes it to related stakeholders (e.g. Legal/Finance Logistics, Marketing etc.).
- Develops a strong and positive relation to all our suppliers and becomes the main interface for Neptun and suppliers.
- Performs and analyzes reports to determine sales through rates and then takes the appropriate decision for the category.
- Responsible for all documents and records that belong to the category.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Finance/Accounting) is a strong advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA are highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or corporate finance.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint mandatory)
- Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear executive insights.
- Willingness to travel across countries as required.
