Position: Finance Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)
Department: Finance Department
Location: Head Office, Tirana
We are looking for a Finance Officer with strong organizational skills to manage accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in the company’s financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee invoicing processes, fiscalization, and proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Register and reconcile financial data in the company’s accounting system (NAV).
- Monitor periodic service invoices, imports, and international service charges, ensuring proper tax treatment and compliance.
- Coordinate and reconcile accounts with suppliers, clients, and related parties.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly internal financial reports.
- Track and manage expenses, revenue, and financial performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of reports required by tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate bank transaction recordings and balance reconciliations.
- Assist in controlling P&L and Balance Sheet accounts on a regular basis.
- Report directly to the Finance Manager and maintain close collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial data exchange, alignment on business activities, and timely support in all finance-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Albanian tax laws and fiscal procedures
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficient in English language
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
