Job Position:             Junior Accountant

Overview

A Junior Accountant participates in the accurate and timely recording of the company’s financial and inventory transactions, providing operational support to day-to-day business activities. Through teamwork and clearly defined procedures, the role contributes to proper documentation management, compliance with applicable regulations, and the reliability of financial records that support the company’s stable growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recording of business transactions (sales invoices, purchase invoices, bank statements, interest calculations, foreign exchange differences, depreciation);
  • Recording and control of inventory accounting, imports, and monitoring of customs operations;
  • Reconciliation of receivables and payables with business partners;
  • Monitoring and application of applicable accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal procedures;
  • Preparation and archiving of required documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements;
  • Other accounting and administrative tasks in line with the company’s regular business operations.

Competencies and Requirements

  • Completed secondary or higher education (economics background – finance/accounting);
  • 1–2 years of work experience in accounting;
  • Experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Pantheon is an advantage);
  • Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
  • Proficient use of the MS Office package (especially Excel);
  • Working proficiency in English.
