Overview

Program Manager Real Estate is responsible for leading, developing and managing every necessary aspect of an assigned Real Estate Project. It covers the entire discipline of initiation, planning, design, implementation, resource management, finalization with the goal of completing the project by realizing its objectives on time, and within the business plan. In addition, the Program Manager RE advice and supports the CPO with the development of Group Strategy as well as the implementation of High Management vision in the Real Estate Sector.

 
Main Responsibilities

  • Projects under management include (but are not limited to) those projects that are categorized in the Real Estate sectors, etc.
  • Collaborates closely and reports to the CPO on the company’s growth opportunities through the identification of strategic projects, mainly (but not only) in the Real Estate sector.
  • Advises and offers support to CPO in preparing strategic documents for further development and structuring in the Real Estate sectors.
  • Manages the Program of Real Estate sector, as per the directions provided from CPO, by ensuring the implementation of high-management vision for the sector.
  • If requested by CPO, provides support and directions to other Projects Managers (RE) during respective project implementation.
  • Identifies the various government permits required for the project and provides an opinion on the terms and conditions that must be met for obtaining them.
  • According to the delegation from the CPO, coordinates relations and communication with the Institutions for various projects, for permits, licenses, and applications necessary during the development phases of Real Estate projects (but not only).
  • Cares for maintaining the relationship and coordination with external consultants of the project when they are deemed necessary.
  • Manages and develops Real Estate projects, including the initial phase, implementation, and completion of the project.
  • Responsible for achieving the predetermined objectives of the project in accordance with the purpose, on time and within the estimated budget.
  • For the proper functioning and development of the business, identifies, evaluates and forwards for approval new business opportunities mainly in the Real Estate sector (but not only).
  • Performs follow-up and monitoring up to the third phase of the project life cycle.
  • Manages the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Manages and follows up on various project issues to ensure that the overall program is consistent with and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for coordinating with design structure within Group with the objective of achieving an optimized project design that meets the requirements set by the investor/s.
  • Performs analysis, identifies problems, recommends services, assists in project implementation by providing analytical, practical support and follow-up in the field.
  • Management of problems encountered during project processes and risks to mitigate the impact on the Corporation.
  • Delegates appropriate duties and responsibilities to responsible structure within Group.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the project budget, the need for financing and the level of expected expenses.
  • Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Manages the procurement of the necessary resources to achieve the project’s objectives in the planned timeframes, in accordance with the procedures, limitations, relevant regulations of the Group.
  • Manages day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs project management team meetings.
  • Monitors staff performance, thorough review of results and development.
  • Manages and follows the phases and changes in achieving the project goal.
  • Manages continuous quality control and participates in issue resolution.
  • As delegated by the CPO, covers negotiation processes with property owners of real estate in which the corporation has interests.
  • Ensures that projects and programs are progressing according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinates with other departments within the Group in function of follow-up issues.
  • Shares tasks and manages Junior Project Manager RE, a position that supports/assists the Program Manager in the field of Real Estate in the relevant projects.
  • Responsible for drafting and then implementing the approved KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
  • Manage projects/processes as well as subordinate structures/positions.
  • Supervise all operations and activities of the Project to ensure the desired results.
  • Undertake strategic decisions to advance the Project and promote the increase of its income.
  • Builds relationships of trust with key partners and stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for the company.
  • Manages the activities of the Project with the aim of achieving the objectives defined in the respective financing agreements; Prepares the annual budget of the Project and the investment plan.
  • Manages the financial and human resources of the program.
  • Manages risk & tracks project sales progress.
  • Recommends changes in RE prices to decision-making structure within Group and ensures that any pricing policy is accompanied by an Assembly Decision
