Overview

The Project Analyst supports the company to meet business expansion requirements and improve efficiency by analyzing requirements; designing business cases according to business strategy programs and projects department; recommending system controls and protocols.

 
Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for initiating, preparing and/or reviewing business cases in the project department.
  • Translation and simplification of requirements for business cases and prepares/brings proposals and alternatives to achieve these requirements.
  • Conducting market research analysis required for the various business cases that are under the responsibility of the Project Department.
  • Responsible for performing NPV and IRR financial analysis of the project.
  • Responsible for preparing all analysis and feasibility studies related to business cases under the project department
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; collection of information; assessment of production requirements and formats.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares technical reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review of professional publications; creating personal networks; comparison of modern practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed and provides support to other members in the department when needed

 

 

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

·         Master’s Degree in a related field (Business or Finance Degree).

·         Minimum 4 years of work experience in business process analysis.

·         Knowledge of software implementation is a plus.

·         High skills in analyzing data/information and preparing reports based on data.

·         High expertise in writing business cases/business proposals/business plans

·         Excellent team player.

·         Very good presentation skills

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as technical writing skills.

·         Very good knowledge of the English language.
