Job Position:      Real Estate Junior Project Manager

Overview

The Real Estate Junior Project Manager  is responsible for assisting the Program Manager RE in delivering projects on-time, within scope, and on-budget. The position will support various aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and documentation

 
Main Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager RE in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow-up on action items
• Support Program Manager RE in maintaining communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to project planning and execution by performing research, analysis, and other tasks as needed.
• Supports Program Manager RE with any other request related to day-to-day operational activities.
  

Requirements

• Masters’s degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in Real Estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Project or similar software, and ability to learn new software as needed.
