Job positon: Sales Agent

 

Department: Wholesale Department

 

Location:  Tirana

The Sales Agent in the Wholesale Sales Department is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, effectively managing wholesale sales activities, and achieving established sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by increasing product presence and assortment.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships with

potential clients.

  • Monitor market prices, compare them with company pricing, and propose improvements when necessary.
  • Travel across designated districts according to an approved schedule.
  • Identify and establish contact with individuals or companies with potential to distribute household electrical products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, regularly informing them about company prices and promotional offers.
  • Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding balances.
  • Review monthly sales reports and analyze performance compared to the previous year.
  • Participate in weekly Wholesale Department meetings.
  • Gather information on customer needs, product performance, market trends, and business practices to ensure effective sales presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and expand professional networks.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory history.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and further develop strong business relationships with existing partners.
  • Provide wholesale customers with relevant marketing materials.
  • Develop new customer relationships in coordination with the direct manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale or B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of consumer electronics and home appliance products.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office and order management systems).
