BALFIN Group recently marked the conclusion of the 5th edition of Talent Pool program with a dynamic final ceremony, where participants showcased their growth and presented innovative projects developed throughout the program.
Since its inception in 2016, Talent Pool has been a cornerstone of BALFIN Group’s commitment to developing future leaders. Over the years, 78 colleagues from 11 countries have benefited from the program, preparing them for impactful leadership roles within the organization. This year, 17 talented professionals embarked on the rigorous and enriching journey of Talent Pool 5, representing diverse sectors such as Real Estate, Asset Management, Retail, Banking, and BALFIN HQ.
The program is designed to provide a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership development.
Throughout the program, participants applied their learning in real-world contexts through shadow coaching and project assignments. The final ceremony provided the perfect platform to demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and innovative thinking they had developed. Each presentation reflected not only the participants’ professional growth but also their readiness to take on leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s future.
This year, 17 talented professionals from various companies and departments within the BALFIN Group: Eralda Tafaj, Manjola Capo, Jurgen Gorenca, Blendi Dashi, Mirel Lilamani, Artan Veliu, Rina Cukaj, Viola Kambellari, Eristela Hoxha, Irklid Ristani, Gerond Etemi, Komola Sako, Iris Velo, Arlinda Mulgeci, Eni Ceco, Inirda Hoxhallari, and Julian Palluqi, brought their unique expertise and perspectives to the program.
