What does Balfin Americas stand for?
Balfin Americas is an investment company under BALFIN Group, operating in the United States. It was founded in 2023, after a full year of studying the American market, understanding its dynamics and complexities. After collecting data and identifying opportunities, the company decided to expand into both North and South America.
What is the focus of Balfin Americas and what are its ongoing projects?
The focus is on real estate, especially residential development. Balfin Americas also invests in commercial properties.
