Balfin Real Estate & Hospitality has just opened a representative office in Zurich, marking a key moment in the history of BALFIN Group. This development comes as a result of the continued growth of successful real estate and tourism projects.

The wide and very interesting portfolio of projects has gathered an ever-increasing interest even outside the borders of Albania. After a well-studied assessment, it was deemed necessary for Balfin Real Estate & Hospitality to expand to be closer to clients.

The representative office in Zurich will offer a full range of services in the field of real estate, starting from research, consultancy in finding the right property, providing maximum support in its management, sales, brokerage agreements, rental, and after-sales consulting. With the new representation, the international market will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the most important projects which are being built in the most exclusive and tourist areas of Albania such as: Green Coast Village, Belvedere Korça, Porto Lalzi, or Next To ValaMar.

Initially, Balfin Real Estate & Hospitality has recruited local staff familiar with the culture, representative of the diaspora where BALFIN Group seeks to promote its projects.

BALFIN Group’s representative office in Zurich precedes the projection for the company to expand in the region with offices in Kosovo and North Macedonia to provide services in the real estate and tourism sector.
