BALFIN Group organized the annual event dedicated to new innovative ideas. In this international event, the employees of the Group from 7 different countries had the opportunity to present their innovative ideas. BALFIN Innovation Summit ‘20 took place in Tirana with limited physical participation, but ensured that all BALFIN Group employees attended online.

The annual Innovation Summit is a key event of BALFIN Group where innovative and creative ideas from different Group’s Companies and employees are shared and discussed. It is an “instrument” to present and benefit from the potential of our employees in a positive way and to take the innovation culture of our Group to an upper level.

The evaluation for the presented ideas was made by a selected jury composed of Mr. Enio Jaço, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, Mr. Artan Hoxha, Administrator of Tirana Business University, TBU and Mrs. Matilda Shehu, Director of Business Operations at BALFIN Group.

In her welcoming speech for this event, the CEO of BALFIN Group, Edlira Muka said: “To move forward and stay ahead in today’s fast pace competitive landscape, businesses must innovate. The idea presented by the Balfin Real Estate & Hospitality team, “Time Share & Vacation Exchange” was rated by the jury as the most innovative idea of 2020.

Thanks to this project, in collaboration with Interval International, the leading company in the world tourism industry, the exchange of villas / holidays is now possible and applicable to the clients of Green Coast Resort & Residences.
